Quick Start

Get started with Noteshift in under a minute.

1. Open the Chat​

Go to noteshift.ai and sign in (or try the free preview on the homepage).

2. Describe Your Music​

Type what you want to create. Here are some examples:

  • "A simple piano melody for beginners"
  • "Jazz saxophone solo in Bb"
  • "Acoustic guitar fingerpicking pattern"
  • "Happy birthday song for violin"

3. Choose Options (Optional)​

Before generating, you can optionally select:

  • Difficulty level - Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced
  • Add accompaniment - Include chord symbols above the melody

4. Generate​

Press Enter or click the send button. The AI will:

  1. Ask clarifying questions if needed (instrument, style)
  2. Generate your sheet music
  3. Display it in the notation panel

5. Play, Edit, Export​

Once generated, you can:

  • Play - Click the play button to hear your music
  • Edit - Open the Edit Studio to make changes
  • Export - Download as PDF or share with a link
