Managing Your Subscription

View and manage your Noteshift subscription from Settings.

Viewing Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click the Billing tab
  3. You'll see:
    • Current plan name
    • Generations remaining this period
    • Billing period dates
    • Next renewal date

Changing Plans

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a higher tier
  4. Complete payment

When you upgrade:

  • You get immediate access to new features
  • Generation credits are added (prorated for the billing period)
  • Billing adjusts automatically

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower tier

When you downgrade:

  • Takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • You keep your current features until then
  • Credits are capped at the new plan's limit

Canceling

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Cancel Subscription
  3. Confirm cancellation

After canceling:

  • You keep access until the end of your paid period
  • Your account reverts to Free tier after that
  • Your notations and favorites are preserved

Refund Policy

All payments are final. We don't offer refunds for:

  • Unused time on subscriptions
  • Unused generation credits
  • Downgrades or cancellations

Please review plans carefully before subscribing. Try the Free tier first to make sure Noteshift works for you.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Processed securely via Stripe

We never store your payment details. All payment processing is handled by Stripe.
